The APD’s Encounter Intake System (EIS) portal provides issuers with a convenient, user-friendly, and secure environment to transmit encounter data, access weekly encounter submission reports, and review EIS reference documents. This portal is only available to registered issuers. To access the portal, click on the link below:

April 3, 2023 is the last day of EIS encounter file processing, data processing will be terminated at 18:00 (6:00 PM EDT) and EIS will sunset. Please note, no files should be submitted to EIS after April 3, 2023.

The OSDS will be in a blackout period from April 3, 2023, at 6:00 PM EDT to end of day on May 10, 2023. No files should be submitted to OSDS during the blackout period April 3, 2023, at 6:00 PM EDT to end of day on May 10, 2023. Starting May 11, 2023, files can be submitted to the OSDS.
