The Original Source Data Submitter (OSDS) system has been developed to collect medical, dental and pharmacy encounter data and off-exchange commercial member data. The OSDS has replaced the EIS for the collection of encounter data. This section will be updated frequently to provide APD Data Submitters with up-to-date communications on submission specifications, timelines, testing and other important information.
